Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before using our bike rental services. By renting a bike from us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
- Rental Agreement:
- By renting a bike from us, you enter into a rental agreement. The rental period begins at the designated pick-up time and ends when the bike is returned to us.
- Renters must provide a valid form of identification and payment information in order to complete the rental process.
- Rental Period:
- The rental period begins at the agreed-upon start time and ends at the specified return time.
- Late returns may be subject to additional charges as outlined in the Late-Charges Penalty section.
- Bike Condition:
- Renters are responsible for inspecting the bike before the rental period begins.
- Any damage or issues must be reported to our staff immediately.
- Renters are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the bike during the rental period.
- Safety and Usage:
- Renters must abide by all local traffic laws and regulations.
- Bikes are to be used for personal transportation only and not for racing, stunts, or other hazardous activities.
- Renters are responsible for their own safety and should use appropriate safety gear, including helmets.
- In-Store Credits Policy:
- In-store credits may be offered as part of promotions or loyalty programs.
- In-store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Credits can be used towards future rentals or purchases at our store.
- No Refund Policy:
- Once a rental has been paid for, refunds will not be provided, unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the rental period, accompanied by supporting documentation.
- Return Policy:
- Bikes must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with all accessories and components intact.
- Failure to return the bike on time may result in additional charges as outlined in the Late-Charges Penalty section.
- Late-Charges Penalty:
- Late returns will be subject to additional charges based on the hourly or daily rental rate.
- Late charges will be applied starting from the specified return time until the bike is returned.
- Modification and Cancellation:
- Rental modifications or cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance of the scheduled rental start time.
- Changes or cancellations made within 3 hours may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the rental payment.
- Termination of Rental Agreement:
- We reserve the right to terminate a rental agreement at any time if the renter fails to comply with the terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
By renting a bike from us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
